Can I customize my profile?
Yes you can do that by clicking on the "Profile Icon" (looks like a little man in the top left corner). Under the "Actions" bar click the "Customize" button. Change color and background picture and text styles of your profile.
Can I move the Member Menu?
You can change the location of the Member Menu (short cut bar at the bottom of your screen) by clicking on its "Settings" icon (round gray gear), then "Member menu settings".
Can I change my email address and other information?
Yes, you can by clicking "The Dashboard Icon" and then click "Edit Profile" next to your avatar (profile picture). Change what you want and then scroll down and click "Save". You can keep your profile fresh and up to date this way. If you have any questions on what to enter into a field, simply "hover" your mouse over the "question mark icon" and a popup will give you more information.
How do I upload photos?
Click the "Profile Icon" then click "Photos" then click the default album (your name photos) that was created when you joined. Then click the "Add" button to the right or click on "create new album" if you would like a new album. Enter the information, then upload your file. Try to use the flash up loader first. If it fails follow the instructions for the regular uploader. You can also take pictures with your computer camera and you can also embed photos.
How do I upload sounds/videos?
Click on the "Dashboard Icon" then click on sounds/video, then click the default album (your name sounds/videos) that was created when you joined. Then click the "Add" button to the right or click on create new album if you would like to create a new album. Enter the information, then upload your file. Try to use the flash up loader first. If it fails follow the instructions for the regular uploader. You can also record sounds/video directly from a mic/camera from your computer and you can also embed sounds/videos from other sites like "youtube".
What are Tags?
Tags are single descriptive words that are used by the system to find specific topics. These words are turned into links so people can click them to go directly to those topics.
